About Rebekah Wright
Rebekah Wright is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling from Tyndale University & Seminary (2022) and provides in-person therapy in Orillia, Ontario, and virtual therapy across Ontario.
Rebekah works from a relational and compassionate lens, creating a space where clients can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of their inner world. She supports individuals, families, and groups, adapting her approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
Her work is informed by Level 1 training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) (2025), Brainspotting Phase 1 & 2 (2026), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills training (2024), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT) (2025). These approaches are integrated in a thoughtful and flexible way to support emotional regulation, trauma processing, and deeper self-understanding.
Rebekah’s practice is grounded in both clinical training and a respect for each person’s story. She works with clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, trauma, ADHD, self-esteem, and life transitions, with a focus on understanding the patterns that shape how people relate to themselves and others.
For those who desire it, Rebekah also offers faith-based counselling, integrating spiritual perspectives in a way that feels authentic and aligned with the client’s values.
Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active through sports, and engaging in creative projects.

Therapy is not about fixing what is broken. It is about understanding the patterns that developed to help you survive and creating space for new ways of relating to yourself and others.
My Approach

Presenting Concern
Underlying Attachment Roots
Clients often come to therapy with concerns such as anxiety, depression, relational challenges, ADHD, or grief.
However, these are often expressions of deeper patterns that have developed over time as ways of coping.
Without support, these patterns can begin to interfere with daily life.
Attachment-based therapy focuses not only on early relationships, but also on current patterns—with others and within ourselves.
These patterns often become templates that shape how we relate to others, respond to stress, and understand ourselves.
Developing a more stable and supportive relationship with yourself is a key part of this work.
Combining insight with practical tools allows for meaningful change over time.
